A video spread of mysterious objects burning in the skies of Saudi Arabia… This is their nature
During the past hours, many Saudis have been busy with video clips of what look like burning objects in the sky of the city of Jizan in the south of the Kingdom since yesterday evening, Thursday.
The head of the Astronomical Society in Jeddah, Engineer Majid Abu Zahra, explained that the possible explanation, based on the video and previous cases, is that it is debris from a Chinese space missile that disintegrated during its entry into the Earth’s atmosphere.
He also added: “When the missile completes its mission, it eventually runs out of fuel, loses altitude, and enters the densest part of the Earth’s atmosphere. Friction with the air causes it to heat up and burn.”
He pointed out that the intense heat resulting from friction causes the metal and other materials in the missile to ignite and burn, leading to the appearance of the bright lines that appeared in the video. (Arabic)
