A slight rise in temperatures… and a warning about the danger of ice forming on the roads
The bulletin stated the following:
-General condition: An area of high air pressure dominates Lebanon and the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, leading to stable weather with a gradual rise in temperatures over the coming days, exceeding their seasonal averages as of Saturday, and turning to locally volatile on Sunday evening.
Note: Average temperatures for January: between 11 and 19 degrees in Beirut, in Tripoli between 9 and 17 degrees, and in Zahle between 3 and 13 degrees.
Warning: There is a risk of ice forming in the coming days on internal and mountain roads above 1,300 metres.

Clear to few clouds, with no significant change in temperature on the coast, rising slightly inland and over the mountains, with a decrease in humidity. We warn of the danger of icing on mountain roads during the early morning hours and at night, starting from an altitude of 1,300 metres.
Friday:
Few clouds, with a slight rise in temperatures, and the humidity remains low, with a warning of the risk of ice formation on mountain roads during the early morning hours and at night, starting from an altitude of 1,400 metres.
Saturday:
Partly cloudy to sometimes cloudy with medium and high clouds, with a gradual rise in temperatures that exceed their seasonal averages.
Sunday:
Partly cloudy as temperatures continue to rise on the coast, then return and drop quickly starting in the afternoon as winds become active, humidity rises and fog forms on the highlands, and the weather becomes ready for scattered light rain in the southern and interior regions.
The temperature on the coast is from 12 to 19 degrees, above the mountains from 2 to 12 degrees, and in the interior from 1 to 14 degrees.
