Gilbert Al-Mujaber announced his candidacy for the presidential elections: I will seek a project that serves Lebanon

The head of the Dr. Gilbert Al-Majbar Social Foundation, Gilbert Al-Majbar, announced his candidacy for the presidential elections, and said in a statement: Today, from a foreign land, I am sending some ideas that, if elected, I will strive as Prime Minister to establish a new phase of rebuilding the official legitimate civil, military, diplomatic, and judicial institutions, including In the contents of the Human Rights Bill and the Lebanese Constitution.

He added: We will seek a national political project that we will meet with an advanced mentality to reach what serves the nation and its interests as a priority over everyone’s factional and sectarian interests and the interests of others. My most important goal is the desired political stability through activating constitutional institutions, where political ideas and their differences must be embraced in order to reach commonalities that secure the interest of Lebanon and its people.

He continued: I am a believer in national unity and that Lebanon adopts the democratic system and we will strive not to distort it, considering that belief in the democratic system is a fundamental necessity, as it, in addition to the freedoms it enshrines, ensures a balance between the authorities and provides room for fruitful meetings between all Lebanese families.

He pointed out that I will establish foreign policy with my working team on solid foundations that are in line with the will of our people for coexistence, the unity of our feeling, our geographical location, our history, and our natural ties with the Arab and international world on the basis of equality.
