New words.. Here is the latest thing Israelis said about Hezbollah

Today, Wednesday, Israeli media spoke of the absence of “an Israeli achievement in the northern region bordering Lebanon after Hezbollah emptied it of settlers,” stressing that the exchange of strikes “did not change the party’s position.”

The military commentator on the Israeli Channel 13, Alon Ben David, said, “Despite the tactical achievements that the commander of the northern region, Uri Gordin, talks about, there is no strategic achievement.” He added: “The army realizes that the war will move to the northern arena soon, but the problem is It is that in order to focus on the north, the war in Gaza must end,” noting that “there is no plan in the army to end the war in the Gaza Strip without occupying Rafah.”

In turn, a member of the Knesset from the Likud Party, Sasson Gweta, confirmed that “a third of the population of the north will not return” to the settlements from which they were displaced, noting that they are “accustomed to life in the center.”

Likewise, the head of the northern “Margaliot” settlement committee, Eitan Davidi, confirmed that the situation in the north is going “from bad to worse,” stressing that “Israel has lost the north.”

Davidi pointed out that “there will not be many people for the government to return the day after the war in the north,” pointing out that the government “failed miserably in managing matters.”

As for the former deputy head of the local authority in Kiryat Shmona, Shimon Qamari, he confirmed that “what remains of Metulla up to Sde Eliezer is scorched earth,” adding that the settlers are “very pessimistic about returning to Kiryat Shmona.”

For his part, the military correspondent for the Israeli newspaper Makor Rishon said that Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah knows how to strike accurately, and knows how to distract air defense systems in order to hit the target he wants. (Al-Mayadeen Net)
