Press holiday on Good Friday and Easter

The Press Syndicate announced in a statement that “on the occasion of Good Friday among Christian denominations that follow the Western calendar, newspapers will be closed on this day, March 29, 2024, just as they will be closed on Sunday, March 31, 2024, and on Monday, April 1, 2024, on the occasion of the glorious Easter.” This is in accordance with the decision of the Councils of the Press and Editors’ Syndicates, the Printing Workers’ Unions, the Publications Distribution Companies, and the Graphic Designers Syndicate in Lebanon.
