The commander of the army, General Rudolph Haykal, received, in his office in Yarzeh, the Qatari Ambassador Saud bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, the deputy of the United Nations Special Coordinator in Lebanon, the resident coordinator, the human affairs coordinator, Imran Riza, and a member of the National Defense Committee, Interior and Municipalities, retired Dean Jean -Talouzian.

During these meetings, the general situation in Lebanon and the region was discussed.
