Thousands of Israelis demonstrate against the Netanyahu government

Thousands of Israelis demonstrated in the streets of Tel Aviv, calling for an agreement with Hamas to release the rest of the hostages in the Gaza Strip.

The protest also targeted the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while many demonstrators also demanded an end to the war on Gaza.

Signs were raised during the demonstrations with slogans such as “how many blood will be left” and “stop the war”, and many posters showed the faces of hostages who are still being held by Hamas since October 7, 2023.

The demonstrations also criticized the decision of the Israeli leadership to dismiss the head of the public security apparatus, “Shin Bet”, Ronin Bar.
