Lahoud looked with the Saudi ambassador to support the tourist season


The Minister of Tourism, Laura Al -Khazen Lahoud, visited the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today, where the Ambassador Dr. Walid Bukhari met with him and offered with him the steps that the Ministry of Tourism and the Lebanese government in general, to make the next tourist season a success.

The discussion dealt with ways to raise the ban imposed on Gulf tourism to Lebanon, rebuild confidence, and encourage Arab tourists to visit Lebanon by emphasizing the priority of security, stability, transparency in prices and dealing. Cooperation opportunities were also discussed between the Lebanese Ministry of Tourism and the development of bilateral agreements in this field.

Al -Khazen stressed “the strategic role that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia plays in supporting Lebanon and on the existing cooperation between the various ministries and departments to restore the position of Lebanon on the regional tourism map.”

The Minister of Tourism went before her visit to the Saudi embassy, ​​to the National Anti -Corruption Commission at its headquarters in Fardan, and presented her statement on her transferred and immovable money in accordance with the Immature Establishment Law. (National Agency)
