A series of meetings for peace in the companies


The Prime Minister, Dr. Nawwaf Salam, received today in the Saraya, the Apostolic Deputy of the Latin community, Bishop Cesar Asian, who explained that the visit to congratulate holidays, stressing his standing alongside the government and the covenant.

Federation of Private Schools

President Salam received a delegation from the Federation of Private Schools.
After the meeting, Father Youssef Nasr said in the name of the delegation: “We discussed several topics related to educational affairs in addition to the recovery plan that relates to our schools and institutions, especially after the war and the last aggression, and we talked about the possibility of holding a national conference to work on a set of educational reforms in order to preserve education as a differential advantage for this country, as we touched on the issue of demanding a series of new ranks and salaries, so that we can restore stability to the educational sector, especially after the law. No. 2, which was issued on April 3, 2025, which is considered from the point of view of the Union of Private Educational Institutions not applicable, given its many legal impurities. ”
He added: “As we listened from the Prime Minister to his point of view with all matters, and we hope that we will enjoy the support of the Lebanese government and the state, so that we can, as a special sector, continue to carry out our national, educational and human duties and the responsibilities we have, especially in this circumstance.”

Judges Club

President Salam received a delegation from the Judges Club headed by Judge Najat Abu Shaqra, and the delegation handed over the prime minister a memorandum related to the demands of the judges and their conditions.

Al -Balamand University

The Prime Minister also met a delegation from Al -Balamand University headed by the President of the University, Dr. Elias Al -Warraq, who explained after the meeting that the delegation put the capabilities of the university at the behavior of the Prime Minister and the ministries, to help in all technical and scientific aspects.

Ambassador of the Netherlands

President Salam met the Dutch ambassador to Lebanon, Frank Mullen, and bilateral relations were presented and ways to enhance them.
