Smutrich comments on the Hamas attack: You got a response tonight

The Israeli Finance Minister, Btlael Smotrich, stressed the necessity of the government’s commitment to destroy Hamas, stressing that the missile attacks that the southern cities of the Gaza Strip have reminded everyone of continuing to achieve this goal.

“If someone needs to be reminded of why we should not stop one moment before Hamas was destroyed, then he got it tonight in the form of firing missiles that came from Gaza to the southern cities,” Smotrich said.

The minister added: “We have pledged to the citizens of Israel that Hamas would be destroyed and that the residents of the south will be able to live in peace and security for many years, and with the help of God we will achieve this.”
