13 thousand patients need treatment outside the Gaza Strip

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip confirmed that 13,000 patients need to leave the sector to follow up on specialized treatment, warning that “the health and humanitarian situation in the sector has reached dangerous and catastrophic levels.”

She warned that “the continued closure of the crossings exacerbates the health condition of hundreds of patients and the wounded who are waiting for the treatment.”

The Palestinian Ministry of Health indicated that “preventing supplies threatens food security and increases deaths among children due to malnutrition.”

The Israeli army has continued to expand its operations in the Gaza Strip since last March 18, after a two -month truce. (Arm News)
