Al -Hadath channel reported that Maher Al -Shara, brother of Syrian President Ahmed Al -Shara, was appointed Secretary -General of the Presidency of the Republic.

According to Syrian media, Maher Al -Shara was born in the town of Feq, southern Syria, and he is a doctor who specializes in the field of obstetrics and women’s surgery.
