We did not receive any signals from Europe about its willingness to dialogue

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed on Friday that Moscow has not yet received any signals from Europe about its willingness to dialogue and its desire to hold negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In response to a question in this regard, the Kremlin spokesman said: “We have not received any signals yet.”
This comes as France and Britain accused Russia, on Friday, of continuing to target energy facilities in Ukraine and delay in meeting American efforts to reach a settlement of the war between Moscow and Kiev.
“For three weeks, Russia has changed its positions, continued its strikes on energy facilities, and continues to commit war crimes,” said French Foreign Minister Jean-Nawil Barrow in Brussels. (Arabic)
