The Minister of Information briefed from the Amnesty International delegation on violations and confidence in the right of journalists

In his office in the ministry, the Minister of Information Paul Morcos received a delegation from Amnesty International, which included the Deputy Regional Director of the Middle East and North Africa Christine Beckerley and responsible for the campaigns concerned with the Lebanese file Rita Wehbe.

The meeting was attended by the former deputy Ghassan Makhiber, who is working on proposing the media law.

The Minister of Information briefed from the delegation on the most prominent violations recorded by the organization and documenting it against the freedom of the journalists, and confirmed its follow -up and giving it the necessary care. (National Agency)
