Determining the Note of the International Criminal Criminal … Netanyahu in Hungary with a visit for several days

At dawn today, Thursday, the plane of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu landed at Budapest Airport, according to the Hungarian Defense Minister who received him on the airport runway.

“Welcome to Budapest Benjamin Netanyahu,” Christophe Zalay-Bubrovinski wrote on Facebook, who is visiting Hungary that will continue for several days at the invitation of his ally Victor Urban, challenging the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court against him.

During his visit, Netanyahu is holding talks with his Hungarian counterpart Victor Urban and other officials before returning to Israel on the sixth of April.

Urban sent an invitation to Netanyahu despite the arrest warrant issued against him last year, which he strongly condemned, considering it “defective”.

On November 21, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants against Netanyahu, his former defense minister Yoav Gallant and the former military commander of Hamas, Muhammad Al -Dhaif, on charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes, in the context of the Gaza war. However, the memo of the guest was later canceled after being killed in an Israeli raid on the Gaza Strip in July.

In 1999, Hungary signed the main system of Rome, the international treaty that established the International Criminal Court, and ratified after two years during the first state of Urban.

However, Budapest has not issued an executive order to activate the obligations related to the agreement for constitutional reasons, and therefore it confirms that it is not obligated to comply with the court decisions. (Sky News)
