Israel publishes Lebanon in very difficult months

It became clear that the southern suburb of Beirut is no longer among the red Israeli lines. Since targeting a building in the buffalo region a few days ago, and the implementation of an assassination in the White District area the day before yesterday, the southern suburbs entered the Israeli targeting circle, once with warning and once without it. Not all the diplomatic attempts led by the Presidents of the Republic Joseph Aoun and the government Nawaf Salam have succeeded in curbing the Israeli attacks, which did not stop with the war stop, but continued to reach all Lebanese regions under the pretext of targeting military and human targets for Hezbollah.

It has been shown from the context of the goals that Israel continues to hit since the beginning of the war, that it is no longer interested in assassinating senior leaders from the party, such as Mr. Hassan Nasrallah, Mr. Hashem Safi Al -Din, Fouad Shukr, and Ibrahim Aqil, but a bank has expanded its goals to include moderate cadres in the party, and thus aims to abort the tasks they do more than targeting their leadership positions.

But in isolation from the nature of the goals, it is almost certain that Israel continues its aggression against Lebanon in various forms until its most important goal since October 7, 2023, which is to remove all the sources of the threat surrounding it, and this includes the rule of “Hezbollah”, which, despite its enormous losses due to the war, is still present and able to disturb Israel despite the dysfunction of the balance of power in favor of the latter. And will continue to pressure Lebanon militarily and economically, by preventing the reconstruction, until the party is convinced of the transformation of a military force to a political force, which brings it out and Lebanon is removed with it from the currently escalating targeting circle, without the party and Lebanon had the ability to repel it after losing the equilibrium equation that was in effect between Lebanon and Israel before the war.

Israel benefits from an indispensable American support that has doubled with the arrival of Donald Trump to the presidency in America, which puts it in front of a golden opportunity to finish its enemies and establish a new Middle East without a reluctant axis, and with systems ready to conclude peace with it, which does not exclude Lebanon, as it seeks to push it towards inevitable normalization despite the refusal of the government and the people. This is what heralds very difficult months, full of Israeli attacks, until achieving these goals that go beyond the issue of Hezbollah’s weapon as a first goal to reach normalization and peace as a final goal with Lebanon.
