On Sunday, US President Donald Trump and the father of his Lebanese son -in -law Massad Paul met at his home in Washington, President of the West Bank settlements, Yossi Dagan, where political messages were exchanged between the two sides on the future of relations in the region.

At the beginning of the meeting, Paul conveyed his appreciation to the people of Samaria (the West Bank) and the people of Israel and Lebanon, stressing that peace is the joint expectation between them, and that with divine aid, they are looking forward to achieving it soon.

For his part, Dagan stressed his desire to work with Paul for the future of the region, saying: “We are together and we will work together, especially after the seventh of October.”

The meeting came as part of a series of intense meetings by Dagan in Washington to strengthen alliances in favor of settlement in the West Bank, and to ensure political support from the Trump administration, in addition to enhancing the congressional understanding of the Trump administration’s position on the application of sovereignty in the West Bank.

And Saad Paul, who was appointed as a consultant for Arab and Middle East affairs by Trump, has a prominent role in bringing the votes of Muslim and Arab voters in favor of the Trump campaign, especially after the escalation of criticism against American policies towards Gaza.
