Informed political circles, the reasons for the failure of the Council of Ministers not approved in its session today, which was chaired by the President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, in the Republican Palace, the appointment of a new commander of the army and general manager of the State Security Agency, to the objection of political bodies represented in the government on the principle of retail in appointments, provided that this file is completed after being subjected to more lesson, provided that the appointments come comprehensive and non -partial.
