A statement from the Association of Contracting Professors in the Basic

The Association of Contracting Professors in the official basic education in Lebanon (the active committee) thanked CTLP, in a statement today, “Minister of Education and Higher Education Rima Karami for her interest in dealing with the outstanding files, with a lot of hope for processing all the remaining files, especially the wage of the hour of their users, and reducing the number of hours required to obtain a complete production allowance for February (as the forced disruption due to the weather fell the professors An educational shares, which will lead to their loss instead of productivity) and amending a decree instead of transportation for contractors and professors on the funds to pay for every day my presence, similar to all the employees of the public and private sector in the country, not only three days.

The statement added: “Finally, we who have waited for five months since the beginning of the school year and years and did not get a decree of transmission allowance or to approve the raising of the hour’s wages and we were excluded on the day we demanded a series of ranks and salaries, and the decision to install us twenty years remain in the inclusion, we know very well the meaning of oppression. Therefore, we appreciate the efforts of the Minister of Education, which does not carry ministers of ministers and governments who passed through us and ran over our rights, as they ran over the rights of the Lebanese people. We demanded and we will demand the rights of professors, and we will ask and face in the event of injustice, but with a conscience, not a few conscience.

He concluded: “The Association of Contracting Professors (the Acting Committee) that obtained the full contract law and decree of transportation allowance, and the monthly incentives in dollars on the day everyone applauded the Minister of Al -Halabi on the $ 5 per day, and a lot of rights with the help of the professors who committed sit -ins and strikes, will remain on the honorable trade union line. Therefore, today and the minister extends her hand to give rights, we will only be alongside her, including the interests of professors and the official school, and we will strive with every effort to pass a fair law for the contracting professors in all their names, and the least is the achievement of the simplest ingredients for the professors, but we will not be false witnesses and are satisfied with injustice and aspiration.
