To male and female teachers .. A message from the Minister of Education

Today, the Minister of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Rima Karami, sent a message to teachers and teachers on the occasion of the Teacher’s Day, in which he said: “My colleagues and colleagues of teachers and teachers, this dear occasion and pain continues to weigh our hearts and the hearts of many of our colleagues and colleagues as a result of the brutal Zionist aggression and the suffering left it, and our sincere sympathy remains extending to everyone who fights to overcome His pain. I would like to congratulate you on the occasion of the Teacher’s Day, hoping that he will carry a spark of hope and hope for a better future and some of the joy and reassurance that our homeland deserves. Today we live between this pain and hope, between the challenges imposed by the harsh conditions and the aspirations that refuse to extinguish. We adhere to our belief that education is the lighthouse that illuminates the path of the future, and that your supreme message as educators is the main pillar in this way. Your generous giving is what makes the impossible possible, and what makes the school a warm embrace for emerging generations despite all the difficulties. ”

She added: “Our priority as educators was and will remain our children and their future, and this requires us to work hard and insist to contribute together in building a bright and promising future for them, befitting their dreams and gives them the opportunities they deserve. We cannot lose sight of the noble role of the teacher in this march. Today, with the election of His Excellency the President of the Lebanese Republic, General Joseph Aoun, and the formation of the reform and rescue government headed by President Dr. Nawaf Salam, we come to the responsibility with a sure determination and fixed will, to build together, and correct the path wherever it requires.

And she continued: “With my assignments in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, I extend my hands to all of you to open a new page in the march of this ministry, which rise to the level of hopes held on the education sector and all of them. I pledge to you with the relentless pursuit of the government in cooperation with the Parliament, to secure the appropriate conditions for each teacher and teacher, through the available means.

She concluded: “Dear male and female teachers, despite the cruelty of circumstances, we cannot sleep. We live in the era of digital transformation and rapid technological development, which requires us to redouble efforts to keep pace with these variables. Our goal is to secure a safe and healthy educational environment, which guarantees the right of every child to good learning, and takes into account his intellectual, emotional and social growth without discrimination. On your feast, I will give you a greeting of arrogance, love and respect. Let us believe that tomorrow can be more beautiful, and that together, we are able to make it.
