The President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, met in Cairo, King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who congratulated President Aoun on his election, praising the word he delivered at the summit, and the depth of the brotherly relations that link the two countries, and affirming his country’s standing with Lebanon to advance its current crises.

The King of Bahrain expressed his desire to visit Lebanon, which is entrenched in his memory and conscience, wishing President Aoun’s visit to his country.

In turn, the President of the Republic stressed his intention to continue to develop Lebanon’s relations with Bahrain in various fields, thanking King Hamad for his permanent support for Lebanon.
