The net foreign assets rise in Egypt

Data for the Central Bank of Egypt showed that the net foreign assets of the country jumped 2.74 billion dollars in January, with the support of the sale of billion dollars in dollars.

According to Reuters accounts based on the official exchange rates of the Central Bank, the net foreign assets increased to 8.70 billion dollars from 5.96 billion dollars at the end of December. The increase came three months after the decline late last year. (Sky News)
