Peace receives an Emirati invitation to participate in the Arab Media Summit



















Prime Minister Nawaf Salam received several delegations today, and received an invitation from the UAE Vice President Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to participate in the Arab Media Summit in Dubai next May.

He also received a delegation from the Beirut Municipal Council headed by Abdullah Darwish, where the city’s affairs were discussed and the municipal concerns were presented, while emphasizing the government’s readiness to support the capital.

A delegation from the Lebanese Cultural University in the world headed by Abbas Fawaz met, where the role of expatriates was discussed in the renaissance of Lebanon and the issue of the expatriate elections law, and received an invitation to attend the university’s international conference in Lebanon in December.

Salam also received the Lebanese Ambassador to the Emirates Fouad Dandan to discuss the conditions of the Lebanese community there, in addition to a delegation from the Lebanese Food Bank headed by Mona Kanaan, where the association’s activities were presented in distributing food to needy families.

While he met a delegation from the “Akkar and Al -North” association, which he congratulated on the formation of the government and confirmed Akkar’s support for it. He also received a delegation from the “Beirut Manarati” association, which invited him to attend the association’s breakfast on March 8.
