Real estate brokers launched their new material .. The real estate departments will soon return to their work

The Real Estate Real Estate and Consultants Syndicate (Real) (Real) held its public association, after the work of the launch of its new initiative, “The Real Estate Meetup Lunch”, which aims to “enhance communication between the union members and keep them in constant knowledge of the developments in the real estate sector, in the presence of the Chairman of the Housing Bank Board of Directors of Antoine Habib and professionals in the real estate field.

The Director General of the Ministry of Finance – the Real Estate Affairs and Survey Department, George Maarawi, spoke about “the new tax updates that affect the real estate sector in Lebanon, in addition to the current status of the real estate and surveying system in the country, and the steps taken to reactivate the real estate departments and accelerate the completion of outstanding transactions.”

He stressed that “the real estate departments in the Lebanese regions will soon return to their normal work, and all the outstanding transactions will be completed,” noting that “the efforts made to reactivate real estate departments and ensure improving the services provided to citizens.”

The captain of the intermediaries and consultants, Walid Moussa, gave a presentation on “the path of licensing the real estate mediation profession in Lebanon, within the framework of the efforts made to organize the profession and enhance transparency in the real estate market”, and stressed that “the union is committed to organizing the real estate mediation profession and the return of the market through transparency, legal frameworks, and stimulating investment”, stressing that “improving the legislative environment for the real estate sector is the key to the advancement of the market And ensuring that it protects it from randomness and manipulation, which enhances investor confidence and restores vitality to this vital sector.

Raja Makarim was then honored in appreciation of his career busy career in the real estate sector, where he spent more than 50 years as a mediator and a professional real estate consultant, contributing to the development of the profession and raising its standards.

After that, a communication session was held between the union members, during which visions and ideas were exchanged about the future of the sector and enhanced cooperation opportunities.

After the lunch ended, the work of the general assembly of the union was launched, where administrative and financial reports were reviewed, in addition to discussing the future plans of the union within its programs for the year 2025. This event reflects the commitment of the Real Estate and Consultants Syndicate in Lebanon to enable its members by keeping them permanently on the latest developments in the sector, enhancing cooperation between its workers, and contributing to organizing the profession and ensuring the sustainability of the real estate market in Lebanon, in a way that contributes to the prosperity of the sector and enhancing confidence in it.
