Egypt topped the list of the largest dates producers globally in 2023 with the production of 1.87 million tons, followed by Saudi Arabia with 1.64 million tons, then Algeria with 1.32 million tons, and the countries of the Middle East and North Africa took control of the list, as the global production of dates reached 9.82 million tons.
