The opening of a street lighting project in the capital, Beirut

The Public Relations Department of Beirut Municipality said in a statement:

Under the patronage of the governor of Beirut, Judge Marwan Abboud and the head of the municipal council, Abdullah Darwish, and the presence of a number of members of the Municipal Council and the commander of the Guard Regiment, Brigadier Abbas Al -Husseini and the activities of the region, the project of lighting a number of the streets of the capital Beirut was opened through a gift presented in favor of the Beirut municipality, where the streets extended from Salim Salam Bridge from the Eskawa building through the Al -Musaytaba area of ​​Al -Laja neighborhood to the farm.

The Governor, Abboud Al -Sayed Ali Fatouni, and the merchants of the Jisr al -Salim region, who worked to implement the project and illuminate those streets.

The Governor Abboud stressed that, based on the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmed Al -Hajjar, to secure the safety and security of citizens in the capital, work to repair traffic lights and surveillance cameras on traffic intersections in all the main streets of Beirut.
