Ramadan begins Sunday .. a statement from the highest Shiite

The Vice -President of the Supreme Islamic Shiite Council, Sheikh Ali Al -Khatib, issued a statement in which he announced that the day of the Saturday, March 1, 2025, is the complement to the month of Shaban, indicating that Sunday is the days of the blessed month of Ramadan.

Al -Khatib said in his statement: “We congratulate Muslims on the coming month of Ramadan, we are praying to God Almighty to accept the fasting of the fasting people and their resurrection and the good of their actions and help them to fast and grant them pleasure, and to grant Arabs, Muslims and Lebanese with goodness, blessing and success and return it to our Islamic and Arab nation with victory and pride. The liberation of the land has come out of the crises and tribulations that afflict it.
