According to the judicial principles, one of the original heads is appointed to one of the rooms of discrimination as a member of the Judicial Council, in addition to two presidents of the two courts of discrimination, through an electoral process, which requires authentic presidents of the rooms of discrimination! This reality is not available in the courts of discrimination. However, the heads of the rooms of discrimination must be authentic and not delegated, as is the case now, and here the knot lies! According to the judicial principles, one authentic president appoints one of the rooms of discrimination as a member of the Judicial Council, in addition to two presidents of the two rooms from the courts of discrimination, through an electoral process, which requires authentic presidents of the rooms of discrimination! This reality is not available in the courts of discrimination.
