A slight rise in American stocks against a decrease in Asia


Most of the Asian stock indicators fell today, Thursday, after the US stock indicators closed a disparity, as the “Standard & Poor’s 500” index recorded slight gains yesterday.

The Japanese standard “Nikai 225” index rose by 0.2% to 38198.96 points, while the “Hanging Sing” index in Hong Kong fell by 0.8% to 23618.74 points, and the “Shanghai Boat” index fell 0.5% to 3364.05 points.


The Australian “Standard & Poor’s/ASX 200” index increased by 0.3% to 8268.60 points, while the “Cosby” index in South Korea fell 0.9% to 2618.77 points.

The Taiwanese “Tax” index fell 0.8%, while the Thai “Set” index increased by 0.1%.

The main stock indicators on the American “Wall Street” exchange closed a variation with the end of trading yesterday.

The Dow Jones Industrial Index declined 0.4%, to 43433.12 points. The broader “Standard & Poor’s 500” index increased by 0.01% to 5956.06 points, after a series of four -day losses that caused Wall Street to retreat from its highest historical levels.

The Nasdaq Technology Complex Index increased by 0.3% to 19075.26 points. (Russia today)
