Gerard Pique submits a revolutionary proposal to address a negative tie

Some believe that Gerard Pique is revolutionary in his view of football, and that the “League of Kings” is a reflection of the commitment of the former Barcelona player to “change” a sport facing difficulty in attracting young people for 90 minutes.
His last idea in the new Podcast Iker Casillas came when Pique explained, “You cannot go to a soccer field and spend 100 euros, 200 euros or 300 euros and the match ends (0-0).”
He added, “There is something that needs to be changed, and one of the suggestions that must be observed is that if the match ends in a negative tie, none of the two teams get any point … Then the match begins in the 70th minute.”
