Hamdan stressed the importance of quitting the language of treachery and throwing charges between the Lebanese, who have proven their patriotism during the recent war.

He also gave a greeting to the people of the south, the martyrs and the displaced, in addition to the army and its martyrs. He stressed that the battle of reform is still in its beginnings, calling for a transparent and specific plan for reconstruction and ensuring that aid is due to those who deserve it.

He pointed to the necessity of approving a law that is fair to the retirees, a series of new ranks and salaries, and the support of employees and the army. He also called for the exemption of residents of the border villages in the south from communications and electricity bills.
