He considered that “the specifications that help in the success of the work of the ruler are knowledge in economic policy, the management of criticism and experience in public and organizational administration and knowledge in public finances and how to deal with the government or government organizations, and work in managing an institution related to public affairs, and in addition to technical and administrative experience.”

He added: “It is also important to show someone who will take this position with high credibility and good reputation, and that he does not have any conflict of political or financial interests or favoritism that affects his work.”
