The White House supports an Israeli decision on hundreds of Palestinian prisoners

The White House announced its support for the Israeli decision to postpone the release of 600 Palestinian prisoners.

This comes in response to the “brutal treatment” that the Israeli hostages are being held by Hamas, according to the White House.

“The postponement of the release of prisoners is an appropriate response to Hamas’s actions,” the US National Security Council spokesman, Brian Hughes, said in a statement.

He also said that “US President Donald Trump is ready to support Israel in any path he chose regarding the Palestinian armed movement.”
