Member of the “Democratic Meeting”, MP Bilal Abdullah, visited the Minister of Agriculture, Nizar Hani, congratulating him on the ministry’s duties. During the meeting, a number of basic topics related to the work of the ministry were discussed, most notably the protection of agricultural and animal production, and the guarantee of health care for workers in the agricultural sector, in addition to activating the law of cannabis cultivation, and enhancing the role of the National Food Safety Authority.

The importance of developing a comprehensive plan to reduce frequent fires in the Al -Kharoub region, where an integrated program is being studied in cooperation with international donor bodies. In this context, the necessity of issuing a decree related to the agricultural school in the two towers was also emphasized after obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Education and the decision issued by its municipal council.
