The US State Department, in separate Piaan, confirmed that these two deals aim to enhance US national security by supporting Egypt’s security, which is a strategic partner and a major power of stability in the Middle East.

The agency explained that these two deals will not affect the military balance in the region, nor will they require the publication of any additional representatives from the American government or contractors in Egypt.
