There is no moral right to stop war

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant indicated on Monday that Israel cannot stop its war on Hamas while there are still hostages in Gaza.

Gallant added that, in his meeting with US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan at the White House today, he will stress the importance of destroying Hamas and returning the hostages to their homes.

He continued: “We will act against Hamas everywhere, including places we have not reached yet, and we will identify an alternative to Hamas, so that the Israeli army can complete its mission.”

He added: “We have no moral right to stop the war and we are still here as hostages being held in Gaza.”
