The National Authority of the Litani River sent to the Minister of Social Affairs Hanin Al -Sayed a book whereby she requested urgent measures to remove the camps of the displaced Syrians from the banks of the Litani River and its main tributaries in the Supreme Basin area.

The book pointed to the environmental damage caused by the random camps of the displaced on the banks of the river, which contribute greatly to water pollution due to the drainage of liquid and solid waste directly to the river, which threatens public health and increases the risk of spreading diseases. 68645 displaced.
