The Minister of Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamani held an expanded meeting this afternoon at his office in the ministry, with the Director General of Roads and Buildings, Dr. Gabi Al -Hajj, Director of Roads Hossam Youssef, Director of the Joint Administration Mounir Subuh and regional managers for works in Mount Lebanon, South, Bekaa and North, and those concerned in the ministry, to follow up on the course Continuous and continuous work for workshops in various regions, in addition to preparing a new perception of placing files to deal with new needs.

Rassamani said: “Today we are following with the concerned concerned work and to confirm the readiness and work on a pre -emptive plan, with regard to isolating and cleaning the rainwater drainage streams on the ultrasis and regions that fall within the scope of the ministry’s powers, during the current rainy season,” pointing out that “and among the goals Today’s meeting, to make an objective evaluation of technical problems and take the necessary measures necessary to address them in order to ensure public safety.

He concluded, stressing, “The necessity of staying at the best of the readiness to raise snow in various mountainous regions and to face any emergency developments,” stressing “the regional directorates of the relevant works, to take all reserve and preventive measures to prevent the roads from the accumulation of snow.”
