Zakharova said in an interview with Sputnik Radio Station: “Is there any doubt about anyone, about what is this contract? It is just a going back ticket. Currently, Kiev has started destroying its citizens between the ages of 18 and 24. This is a fully exposed brutal attempt to target another age group of the population. I think that among the tasks that Zellinski was assigned by the sponsors and the financiers, it is the destruction of the Ukrainian people.

Earlier, retired Ukrainian officer Alexei Gutman expressed his belief that the recruitment contracts that have not reached the age of mobilization in the Ukrainian armed forces are an intermediate stage, after which Ukraine authorities will announce the mobilization of 18 years of age.

Before that, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense announced the start of the recruitment of men between the ages of 18 to 24 years.

The ministry statement said: “The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has officially launched a project -contract 18-24. The contract will be signed for a year for a million Hmriffia (about 24 thousand dollars), and the amount will be paid in the form of an immediate payment that makes up five, and the rest in two batches throughout the year.

The ministry promised everyone who signs the contract with facilities that include the possibility of obtaining interest loans, education at the expense of the state and providing free medical guarantee, including treating and installing teeth, as well as the right to leave the country and travel after a year of service in the army.

Last November, the head of the Ukrainian Air Force Support Center, Maria Berlinskaya, called for the immunified leaders and ministers to the front line, and women must be mobilized to maintain the army’s combat effectiveness.

Before that, the current Ukrainian ambassador to Britain Valerie Zalujni said that the Ukrainian authorities may begin to mobilize women in the future. (Russia today)
