She added: If the fateful agreement of Doha is initiated by dropping the broken third and denying the twisted concept of the charter based on the monopoly of parties for sectarian representation, we hope that the appointed ministers are independent in their options and not subject to narrow partisan decisions, in the hope of completing this reform path by returning to the rotation and stopping the allocation of The ministries for certain sects in the new government.
