No demonic parties benefit or monopolize acting

Samir Constantine wrote during the day:

From time to time, slogans appear on the Lebanese scene that rejects the parties and holds the people of these slogans the parties responsible It considers that its history in the ruling is free from corruption, as the Lebanese forces say, for example, but not limited to these voices in the Shiite environment, which are “supplied” at the Druze.

Let us initially agree that there is no political life straight in any country without parties.

Political action in democratic countries is based on parties. Doesn’t two people compete in the US elections, one for the Republican Party and another for the Democratic Party? Therefore, the demonization of parties and partisan political action is not in line with what democratic systems are based.

More than half of the Lebanese are non -party. Don’t they deserve to be represented in the government? Why should all the Druze ministers belong to the Progressive Socialist Party and Christian Ministers to the Free Patriotic Movement or the Lebanese Forces and Shiite Ministers to the Amal Movement or Hezbollah?

Take, for example, Christians. Christians are an army of learners and intellectuals in Lebanon and the Diaspora. Is it not among them who deserves to be a minister, or rather does Lebanon and the Lebanese not deserve a minister of such?

More than that, everyone knows that the President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, is not a party, and that Prime Minister Nawaf Salam is not a party. The insistence on the minister of partisans only does not resemble my choice of deputies to the presidency of the republic and the presidency of the government.

If the prime minister must only name two parties, the unit of standards becomes necessary if not inevitable. But this in itself retracted the ceiling of people’s hopes.

The topic requires thinking about the interest of Lebanon, and not only in the interest of the parties. If the minister is a party, let the most efficient parties choose, and if it is not a party, the competencies exist and intensively. Neither the demonstration of the parties is correct, nor the monopoly of the parties for government representation as well.
