An Iraqi Moroccan statement is considered a “dangerous precedent” of the Palestinians

Morocco and Iraq announced, on Saturday, that they rejected the plan of US President Donald Trump to transport the Palestinians outside Gaza, during talks between Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Burita and his Iraqi counterpart Fouad Hussein in Rabat.

The two parties issued a statement describing the Palestinian transfer plan as “a dangerous precedent in violation of the principles of international and humanitarian law.”

The statement considered that such plans may lead to undermining the security of the region.

Several Arab countries have stressed their position rejecting the Trump plan that he put forward at a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday.
