A suspicious movement on the government line

Media circles have promoted information through which the names of some of the proposed personalities in the new government are attributed to the bodies and associations facing questions and suspicions about their financing candidates during the 2022 parliamentary elections.

Sources close to one of the personalities raised about this suspicious matter, explaining that linking any independent name to a specific party raises questions about their role and financing must be based on facts and evidence, not to be random.

The sources considered that some parties want to push the names of some associations to the forefront, renewed to say that they have the upper hand in forming the government as they pressed by supporting candidates during the 2022 elections, amid the neglect of questions and suspicions that were associated with them, specifically the sources of the money that they spent inside Lebanon.
