Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adrai wrote on his account on the X platform: Urgent to the population of Lebanon, especially southern Lebanon! The period of implementation of the agreement has been extended and the Defense Army is still widespread in the field and therefore prevents the move to the south.

He added: The Defense Army does not intend to prejudice you. For your safety, you are prohibited from returning to your homes in the areas concerned until further notice. Everyone who moves south puts themselves to danger.
