European Union researchers said today, Thursday, that last January was the highest heat ever, to continue to record a series of extremist temperatures.

The Copernicus Climate Change Service, affiliated with the European Union, added in its monthly publication that the month of January continued a series of exceptional temperatures, as 18 of the last 19 months witnessed an average global temperature of more than 1.5 degrees Celsius than before the industrial revolution.
