The candidate for the Bar Association Center in Tripoli, lawyer Marwan Daher, announced to the lawyers, his candidacy for the position of captain for the 2025 session.

In a statement, Daher offered his vision aimed at increasing the profession, defending the rights of lawyers, and strengthening the role of the union as a basic pillar in achieving justice and consolidating the rule of law, and said: The legal profession is a great message that requires all of us to be responsible, and to join hands to improve conditions Lawyers, and the development of union work in a manner befitting our profession and status.

He added: My practical and field experience prompted me to realize the challenges facing the lawyer, starting from strengthening his role and providing him with legal protection during his practice of his profession, through improving his professional status, leading to the development and modernization of work mechanisms in proportion to legal legislation and modern technology.

He continued: My program reflects our common aspirations, and strengthens the role of the union as a welding of lawyers’ rights, a strong voice that defends justice, and the mosque of Manea stated. Therefore, I present before you the most important six projects that I intend to implement, in the event that your confidence is: The first project: Securing the comprehensive health coverage of all lawyers – the second project: improving the union resources and the professional status of lawyers – the third project: the development of the graduation and training center to become the law institute – the fourth project: Taman The relationship with the judicial body and the regulation of work in the judicial departments and courts – Fifth Project: Enhancing the transparency of union work – The Sixth Project: Activating the Mediation and Arbitration Center.

He concluded: Our duty is to preserve the pioneering role and the act of our survey, so that the union remains the first in defending democracy, public freedoms and human rights.
