The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) has revealed that it expects its financial situation to deteriorate even before the expected decision of US President Donald Trump to continue to stop its financing.

When she was asked to comment, UNRWA spokeswoman Juliet Touma said: “When the executive order is issued, and if issued, we will be able to comment on that.”

She also continued, “However, UNRWA’s financial situation is very bad, and it has worsened over the past few months and is expected to continue to deteriorate.” (Arabic)
