The wife of the Commander in Chief of the Martyr Izz al -Din al -Qassam Brigades, Muhammad al -Dhaif, Ghadeer Siyam, “Umm Khaled”, revealed for the first time in a special dialogue with Al -Jazeera Net accurate details of her husband’s life, after his official death was announced.

She explained that the guest survived several assassination attempts, and was able to hide and escape the Israeli occupation forces for thirty years, as it was the first goal for Israel.

Ghadeer returned to her memory to 1998, when her relationship with Muhammad Al -Dhaif began after she got a weapon from her Palestinian struggling mother Fatima Al -Halabi, whose brother, the martyr had hidden her.

She explained that the guest was very keen to teach his children the Qur’an, and he himself supervised a project to memorize the Qur’an and its interpretation among the elements of the Al -Qassam Brigades. He recommended his children to memorize the Noble Qur’an, and he encouraged them to compete in that.

Ghadeer remembered some of the sad moments that she went through with her husband, such as watching the Almoravids of the Al -Aqsa Mosque while they were beaten by the occupation forces, as well as the loss of the leader Yasser Taha in 2003.

On the other hand, the happiest moments that the guest lived were the moment of the prisoners ’exit in the Wafaa Al -Ahrar deal in 2011, where he expressed his joy, saying:“ Today we have revived dead people. ”

The family of the Commander -in -Chief of the Al -Qassam Brigades lived in a shelter, after she lost her home due to the Israeli aggression. She was her last meeting with her husband hours before the launch of the battle of “The Flood of Al -Aqsa” in October 2023, where he stressed the need to perform the duty towards the prisoners and the secret.

In conclusion, Ghadeer confirmed that her husband always wished to liberate the Al -Aqsa Mosque, and he dreamed of taking a house in Jerusalem, and despite the grave sacrifices he made, Abu Khaled left this world without having a house, but she revealed that the guest was always ascetic in the world and lived a simple life far away About luxury.
