Lebanon today »dead and injured in a fire in a home for the elderly near Paris

12 people were killed and wounded, on Saturday, in a fire that occurred in a home of the elderly in an area near the French capital, Paris, according to “Sky News Arabia”.

The mayor of Val Dawaz Michel Lacco said that 3 people were killed in a fire that broke out in an elderly house near Paris, today, Saturday.

The mayor stated in a statement carried by French media that the three victims were in the house of 68, 85 and 96 years, adding that they died as a result of inhaling smoke.

And 9 other people were injured in the fire that broke out in the house in the town of Boufimon, near Paris.

The mayor added that there are among the nine injured, 7 inmates and 2 members of the Elderly crew, who inhaled smoke, while 8 of them were transferred to various hospitals in the Paris region.
