On Friday, US President Donald Trump released his statement that Egypt and Jordan “will receive residents from the Gaza Strip.”

Trump said more than once that the two countries should receive residents of the sector that was destroyed by a war that lasted for more than 15 months.

On Thursday, Trump said: “We do a lot for them, and they will do that,” in his talk about Egypt and Jordan. (Sky News)
